If users have purchased Steam Deck within the past 14 days (refund window), they can contact Valve to request a partial refund during the return period. Reddit Forum users have successfully contacted for a refund.

It is understood that the OLED version of Steam Deck does not improve in terms of performance, but focuses on improving the quality of the screen and will go on sale on November 16, starting at $549 (currently about 4002 yuan).

V said the OLED Steam Deck was "the first game handheld with an HDR OLED", with a 7.4inch OLED screen, a 90Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1000 nits and a 50 per cent longer battery life.
