Mortal Kombat 1 was released on September 19, 2023 and is currently available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S.| X, Nintendo Switch consoles, and PC releases through Steam and Epic Games Store.

The first DLC for Mortal Kombat 1 will be available to Kombat Pack owners on November 9 and to all users on November 16.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the DLC will feature not only "Almighty Man," but also a total of six playable characters, including Boxing, Peace Messenger, Elmark, Motherland and Takahashi Takeda, as well as five guest characters, Cui Mo, Morvado, Joni Cage, Fila and Gamalong.

In Mortal Kombat 1, the all-rounder character was created by J.K. Simmons voiced it. Game trailers played during NYCC 2023 confirm that MK1's all-rounder has a style of attack familiar to fans of many comic books and shows.
