CTOnews.com November 9 news, the CRS-29 mission is the SpaceX dragon spacecraft this year's third cargo resupply mission. According to the plan, the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft will launch on time aboard the Falcon 9 rocket at 8:28 Beijing time on November 10.

According to reports, CRS-29 is not only a simple freight supply mission, it is more like a combination of multiple tasks. CTOnews.com found that in addition to providing new scientific research equipment and food supplies for astronauts on the International Space Station, it also undertook two scientific research tasks.

One of these is NASA's Atmospheric Wave experiment (AWE), which aims to study atmospheric gravity waves-strong waves formed by weather disturbances on Earth, such as severe thunderstorms or brewing hurricanes-to understand the flow of energy through the Earth's upper atmosphere and space.

Another experiment is the integrated laser communication relay demonstration low Earth orbit user Modem and Amplifier Terminal (ILLUMA-T), which will test high data rate laser communications from the International Space Station to Earth.

There was a partial exception in SpaceX's last CRS-28 shipping task, but it didn't have much impact. The valve is said to be responsible for isolating propellant leakage to prevent propellant loss from getting stuck.

Steve Stich, NASA's commercial manned project manager, explained that the stuck valve did not pose a risk to the mission because it was part of the backup system.
