The "League of Legends" team noticed that the attack speed of many mages felt slow, and wanted to bring (almost) all of their normal attack's bullet speed and feel to a new standard line-except for heroes with normal attack substitution mechanisms, such as Karsace and Fedtek. The "League of Legends" team also injected some early attack speed for some wizards who had tended to choose small runes of the attack speed attribute, but their skill groups did not have any strong synergy with normal attack, and there was no increase in attack speed at level 1.

The second big update is a big update to Gana's skill group. The "League of Legends" team brought back some elements from a few years ago to her skill group in order to make her more active in the game and less focused on saving a long-range hurricane.
