When asked about "the current progress of binary translation", Hu Weiwu thought that the binary translation of Godson platform X86 / Linux had become stable and claimed:

X86 / Windows printer, IE browser compatibility problem is basically solved, is working on a general platform, recently there are a lot of applications available, and relatively smooth, but this is a big project. I hope that the introduction of binary translation combined with 3B6000 can try the open market of personal computers.

In addition, Hu Weiwu also interpreted Apple's Apple Silicon chip, believing that Godson can follow the "efficiency" route of Apple's Apple Silicon and "strive to increase the main frequency of the Godson 3B6000 chip."

There are two main schools to improve the performance of general CPU, one is that Intel and AMD mainly increase the frequency, the performance per GHz is not high; the other is that Apple improves the efficiency, the main frequency is not high, but the performance per GHz is very high, which is about 1.5 times that of X86.
