The center sampled 25 floor-sweeping robots from 16 mainstream brands in the market. It is understood that the defect Analysis Laboratory of Jiangsu defective Product Management Technology Center is the first provincial consumer goods defect analysis laboratory set up in the country, and this conference is the first time since the establishment of the laboratory to release product quality and safety research results. The purpose of this paper is to popularize the quality and safety status of floor-sweeping robot products to the public, and to popularize the selection, purchase and use matters needing attention to the public.

The laboratory revealed that 25 batches of samples were sampled by the quality and safety study of the floor-sweeping robot, all of which were obtained by purchasing samples in the market, involving 16 mainstream brands in the market. According to the national mandatory standards, the laboratory carried out tests on 20 safety projects.

It is worth noting that 11 of the 25 product samples were determined to be "unqualified", while the middle and high-end products with a price of more than 3000 yuan also appeared two products that did not comply with safety regulations. The two products P10 and T8 Plus, the leading stone technology in the sweeping robot industry, have passed all the tests of the center.

At the scene, the center showed the typical defects and hazards of floor-sweeping robot products to the participating media in kind and video. After testing, it is found that the floor-sweeping robot products mainly have quality and safety risks in structure, heat-resistant and fire-resistant projects. Among the test results, 1 batch of products after power disconnection, the residual voltage between the pins of the charging base station plug reached 120V, higher than the standard 34V; 1 batch of products fell from the boundary of the clean surface during the test; there are 7 batches of products whose insulating materials supporting the current-carrying connection have been tested by 750 ℃ / 850 ℃ hot wire, the phenomenon that the burning drop ignites the silk paper or burns for more than 30 seconds after leaving the hot wire. The main parts at risk include: charging seat docking Reed support, charging seat adapter Jack, host charging connector, base station input port coupler, circuit board quick insertion transparent sheath, host close to charging Reed shell, charging seat charging Reed shell, mainframe charging Reed support, PTC terminal sheath, etc.

The center specifically warned that if you use defective floor-sweeping robot products, under certain circumstances, it may cause electric shock, fall, fire and other hazards. If you fall from a high clean surface, it may hurt consumers and cause mechanical damage to consumers; or there are defects in the insulation parts of floor-sweeping robots, which may cause fires and cause burns to consumers.

The center reminds consumers that floor-sweeping robots belong to national compulsory certification products, and when purchasing floor-sweeping robot products, they should carefully check whether they have the CCC logo, and check whether the packaging logo is marked with the product name, factory name, factory address, and implementation standard code. Give priority to brand factors, and choose relatively stable and formal purchase channels. In addition, special attention should be paid to the anti-obstacle, anti-winding and anti-falling capabilities of the floor-sweeping robot. To a certain extent, it improves the safety of the product and reduces the safety risk caused by winding, falling and so on.

For defective products, the center said that if the products are produced in the province, it is recommended that the relevant enterprises immediately carry out investigation and analysis, after investigation and analysis, enterprises confirm that the products are defective, should take the initiative to implement the recall. If it is a product produced by an enterprise in other provinces, with the approval of the provincial bureau, the center will transfer the relevant information clues to the provincial market supervision department where the enterprise is located for processing.
