CTOnews.com, November 8, China's scientific and technological institutions and enterprises will take the lead in the development of international standards for artificial intelligence large models. On November 7th, the IEEE "artificial Intelligence Big Model" standard conference, jointly sponsored by Shanghai artificial Intelligence Laboratory and Shangtang Science and Technology, was successfully held under the guidance of Shenzhen Industry and Information Technology Bureau, IEEE Standards Association and Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration.

At the meeting, the first 11 domestic units, including China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, Shanghai artificial Intelligence Lab, Huawei Cloud, Baidu, Tencent, Ant, Shangtang Technology, 360, ZTE, Midea and Hisense Group, jointly launched the release of the IEEE large model working group.

According to ▲ Tu Yuan Shang Tang Technology, the IEEE large model standard working group will cooperate with domestic and foreign large model industry forces to formulate international advanced standards in the fields of large model technical specifications, evaluation methods, security and credibility, and reliable decision-making, so as to provide better support for the technological innovation and development of the global large model industry.

The IEEE international standard system will also add the international standard in the field of artificial intelligence large model for the first time. After the meeting, the compilation team, composed of representatives of the first group of member units, together with international experts, formally established the first standard "large-scale deep learning model evaluation framework and process" of the IEEE large model standard working group.
