According to reports, the system is highly customized and developed on the Kirin operating system. On the basis of not changing the original charging software interface and operation flow, the system has innovated and developed a new generation of domestic charging software with independent intellectual property rights. Since the pilot application of the whole section of Xizhen Expressway, the operation of the system is stable and reliable, the toll data have been passed through the clearing and settlement system of the provincial center and the provincial center, and the statistical statement reconciliation information is correct. The Xizhen highway localization project is a benchmark demonstration for the nationalization of expressway network toll collection, which lays a solid foundation for the next step to promote the intelligent, intensive and undermanned development of toll collection business.

As the key basic software for carrying the domestic toll system, the Galaxy Kirin operating system has carried out in-depth adaptation to the software and hardware environment involved in the toll system, and has been fully applied to the road toll scene, including gantry industrial controller, acceleration node server, lane peripheral control server, fault-tolerant server (cloud toll) and super-fusion platform.
