CTOnews.com, Nov. 7 (Xinhua)-- Apple launched a MacBook Pro notebook with M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips and added a "deep space black" color at its "Fast coming" theme event last week.

With the M3 base processor, the 14-inch MacBook Pro imports (including lens correction) images in less than 20 minutes, and creates 1000 raw+JPEG photos and videos with a full-resolution preview of 8.5 minutes. Lightroom import and thumbnail generation are limited by CPU and memory, which largely explains most of the differences.

Graphics performance has also improved steadily, exceeding your expectations for additional GPU kernels. The benchmark speed of the M3 Max is about 50% faster than that of the M1 Max-playing Baird Gate 3 with all the settings on is actually a fun experience overall.

For most people, Mac is still not the platform of choice for running AAA games, but Apple is really looking for breakthroughs in games, and M3 Max is ready for that.

When Apple announced the new Deep Space Black version, it did a big thing in one respect: although it was matte, it didn't collect fingerprints. Apple says it boils down to so-called "breakthrough chemistry"-an anodized seal that reduces fingerprint marks.

Consumers don't have to care about the technology behind it, as long as they know it works. Fingerprints may not disappear completely, but they are hard to find.

The most remarkable thing about "Space Black" is the anodized seal, which can prevent most grease and stains from getting on the laptop. When Apple mentioned this in its keynote speech, I thought it was just marketing, but to my surprise, it turned out better than expected after a few days of use.

If your hands are particularly dirty, fingerprints will still be left on the surface, but in actual experience, fingerprints are really rare.
