The judgment finds that:

The infringer Gu Yubo posted 11 infringing videos on his Douyin account "Mavericks said car", all of which maliciously infringed upon the reputation right of Lailai and caused damage.

The video involved in the case uses words with the nature of personal attack and personal insult, which violates public order, good customs and socialist core values, and is suspected of vilifying, materializing, insulting and belittling women.

Combined with the playback data of the video involved in the case and the damage evidence caused by Gu Yubo's release of infringing video, Gu Yubo comprehensively judged that Gu Yubo would compensate Weilai for economic losses totaling more than 600,000 yuan.
