OpenHarmony is an open source project incubated and operated by Open Atomic Open Source Association (OpenAtom Foundation). The goal is to build a framework and platform of intelligent terminal device operating system for full scene, full connection, fully intelligent era and based on open source, so as to promote the prosperity and development of the Internet of everything industry. Since its birth, OpenHarmony has followed the principle of "co-construction, co-governance and sharing", adhered to the concept of "ecological unity, openness and win-win", and actively participated in the co-construction of OpenHarmony technology ecology and talent ecology.

In terms of talents, OpenHarmony always pays attention to the training of talents and developers, and injects new impetus into ecological development through the practice of industry-education integration. OpenHarmony not only provides full-process services for colleges and universities, supports the closed loop of industrial talent training, and helps the professional construction of colleges and universities, but also officially publishes the developer forum and developer growth plan to provide all-round empowering support and help for developers. In addition, as early as July 2022, OpenHarmony launched the "Technology Club Program" to further promote industry-university-research cooperation and accelerate technological innovation and application.
