In the third quarter of 2023, of the Internet user complaints received by the Internet information service complaint platform, service function complaints accounted for 51.1%, customer service channel complaints accounted for 20.2%, personal information protection complaints accounted for 13.8%, and other types of complaints accounted for 14.9%.
