CTOnews.com, Nov. 3, Samsung confirmed in an official press release earlier this week that the One UI 6 × Android 14 updated device list, including the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series, was also included, but was later deleted by officials.

The list is reported to be in a footnote to Samsung's press release, saying that the editing features in One UI 6 will be available for a range of devices. The list includes some 2020 devices, such as Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Z Fold 2. The content is surprising because according to Samsung's current policy, they are not prepared to provide updates to these devices.

Samsung confirmed this in a statement to the 9to5Google website:

We apologize for any confusion caused by the misstatement in the press release 'One UI 6 Update: 7 Tips to take full advantage of artificial Intelligence cameras on Galaxy'. We have modified the statement and removed the S20 series, Note20 series, Fold2, Flip 5G and Flip LTE from the list of suitable equipment to receive One UI 6.

Updated list:

Galaxy S23 series, S22 series, S21 series, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, Z Fold4, Z Flip4, Z Fold3, Z Flip3, A54, A53, A34, A33, M54, M53, M34, M33.
