According to CTOnews.com news on November 2, zero-running cars today announced a price reduction of all models, with a subsidy of up to 10000 yuan per Taiwan.

From November 1 to November 30, T03, C01, C11, C01, C11, C11 and C11 can enjoy financial discount and optional funds.

Zero-running cars are currently on sale, including C01 extended range, C11 extended range, C01, C11, T03 and S01 models.

In October, the delivery of zero-running cars reached 18202, an increase of 159 per cent over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com noted that the Stellantis Group plans to invest about 1.5 billion euros to acquire a 20 per cent stake in Zero, which will make Stellantis a significant shareholder in Zero.

The deal also confirms that Stellantis Group and Zero Motor will form a joint venture called "Zero running International (Leapmotor International)" with a proportion of 51% 49%. With the exception of Greater China, the joint venture has the exclusive right to export and sell to all other markets around the world, as well as the exclusive right to manufacture zero-running car products locally.

In an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange a few days ago, Zhu Jiangming (founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company) and his spouses Liu Yunzhen, Fu Liquan and their spouse Chen ailing voluntarily promised that they will not transfer or reduce their shares in the Company in any way for the next 10 years from the date of this announcement.
