This chip is Pingtou's first SSD master chip, supporting PCIe 5.0and DDR5.0 technology, built-in Xuan tie 910RISC-V multi-core CPU, using Pingtou's self-developed tightly coupled chip architecture, can handle 3.4 million IO per second and provide 420000 IO access per watt of power consumption.

According to reports, the chip is deeply customized for cloud computing scenarios, achieving 4 μ s ultra-low latency, which is more than 30% lower than that of the industry SSD. CTOnews.com notes that it also implements full-link isolation of IO / SYS / GC, resulting in stable low-latency performance.

In addition, Zhenyue 510 has a built-in high-performance LDPC error correction algorithm developed by Pingtou, with a bit error rate as low as 10-18. It will be the first to be deployed in Aliyun data center and can be applied to business scenarios such as AI, online transactions, big data analysis, high-performance databases, software-defined storage, and so on.

This chip enables a high degree of abstraction of SSD tasks, hardening tasks into accelerators to improve performance, while FTL critical tasks run on Xuan tie 910 CPU to maintain flexibility.
