It is reported that Atari will pay an advance of $6.5 million (currently about 47.58 million yuan) for the acquisition of Digital Eclipse, of which $4 million (currently about 29.28 million yuan) is in cash and $2.5 million (currently about 18.3 million yuan) is for newly issued Atari shares. According to Digital Eclipse's performance, Atari will pay another $13.5 million (currently about 98.82 million yuan) in the next few years.
