CTOnews.com, October 31 (Xinhua) Ant Group announced the launch of the "Chinese character picking up Program" on May 27 this year, and recently there has been a new development: Alipay launched "Chinese character picking up-rare characters" Mini Program, which is used to solicit rare characters from society, supplement the obscure character library, and provide different input experiences to help improve the input methods of rare words in Alipay.

At present, users can enter "rare characters" Mini Program by searching for keywords such as "Chinese characters pick up light" and "unfamiliar characters". In Mini Program, users can submit pictures of obscure words that have not yet been recognized by the system, and Alipay engineers will re-enter the font after confirmation.

CTOnews.com noted that users can also experience the latest word splitting input method on Mini Program, which is designed for rare characters whose pronunciation is not clear. After the user disassembles the glyph, the system will recommend the possible corresponding rare words. In the future, this input method will be added to Alipay's obscure word keyboard to further improve the user experience.

After the launch of solutions related to rare words, nearly 7000 users whose names contain rare words have successfully passed Alipay authentication, thus smoothly enjoying online services such as government affairs and facial scanning payment on Alipay.
