Not long ago, Ruipulan Jun with 320Ah top energy storage battery was unveiled at the 2023 North American RE + Exhibition, which became the focus of the scene with its product advantages such as high capacity, long life, cost reduction and efficiency, green emission reduction and so on.

Understandably, large-capacity batteries have significant advantages such as low kilowatt-hour cost, high precision of BMS management and high assembly simplification, so that major battery manufacturers are speeding up the launch of high-capacity batteries. However, at present, the vast majority of 300Ah + large capacity batteries are still in the sample stage, and Ruipu Lanjun is the first to achieve mass production of 320Ah energy storage battery, namely top 320Ah.

From the point of view of battery technology, Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah energy storage battery adopts the first topping technology, and through innovative design of battery internal structure, double high electrodes, electrochemical system innovation, etc., the top space of the battery is reduced from 15mm to 8mm, the space utilization is effectively increased by more than 7%, the polar ear length is shortened from 32mm to 13mm, and the double high solid liquid interface design is applied to increase the lithium ion transport speed by 30%. In addition, the volume energy density is also increased by 10%, the cost of raw materials and components is saved by 5%, and the U-shaped bending has a more stable structure, which can upgrade the performance of high capacity, high safety, high efficiency and long life in all directions.

This can also be confirmed by the test results of battery samples. After testing, the actual capacity of the Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah top energy storage battery is larger than that of the 335Ah, which is about 4% higher than that of the 314Ah battery. Due to the reduction of the polar ear, the transmission path is saved by 70%, the electron transmission impedance is greatly reduced, and the energy efficiency is 95.4%. Compared with the 314Ah battery, the cycle life is more than 10000 weeks and the service life is more than 20 years. It can be said that its actual performance far exceeds the industry standard.

In other words, when Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah energy storage battery is used on a large scale, the system cost can be reduced by 15%, the occupation area can be reduced by 15%, and the return on investment can be increased by 10%, which can greatly enhance the market competitiveness of customer products and reduce the cyclical cost and capital risk of enterprises. In addition, compared with the 280Ah battery of the same size, each 320Ah top battery can reduce carbon 54.6kg, reduce carbon emission and help carbon neutralization.

Harvest international orders, take the lead in the era of big reserves

At this North American RE + exhibition, Ruipu Lanjun successfully signed the 8.4GWh Indonesia battery procurement project agreement with the world-renowned energy storage integrator POWIN, and the solar developer SUNPIN SOLAR signed the 10GWh framework procurement agreement. It shows that Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah energy storage battery has not only attracted the attention of the industry, but also won the favor of many customers.

In other words, after passing the three international authoritative certifications of UL 1973, UL 9540A and IEC 62619 issued by T Ü V Rheinland of Rheinland, the safety performance of Ruipu Lanjun 320Ah energy storage battery has reached the international standard, obtained the pass to enter North America, Europe and other international markets, and achieved card-leading position and grabbed more market share in the Dazu racetrack.

It can be foreseen that as Mengding 320Ah energy storage battery mass production delivery and Mengfeng 340Ah achieve mass production in the fourth quarter of this year, as well as more high-capacity batteries based on QQ technology solutions in the future, Ruipulan Jun Wanding series will break through the performance of existing products to meet the higher demand for high-capacity batteries in the energy storage market in the future, and further promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
