In this competition, Su Ming provided a private house project in the Jade Bay of country Garden. The project is made of modern Italian style and simple style. Whether it is the spatial layout or soft matching, abandon the complicated decoration and fancy patterns, and advocate the introverted and implicit design. It has both artistic feeling and practical function, and deduces modern aesthetics with high quality, classics and fashion. The focus of the project design is to make humanized functional zoning of activity areas and private spaces on different floors so as to maintain an appropriate sense of boundary between the subject and the guest. Zhong Chengjie said: "every seemingly ordinary detail requires the careful consideration of designers and the meticulous work of craftsmen in order to achieve the effect of simplicity over complexity. The simplicity of visual space display does not represent the superficiality of the design concept, and it is only by showing deep emotional needs in a simple form that the designer's ability is really tested."

Zhong Chengjie's entry is also a private house project, which uses the word "Jane" to express the owner's spiritual core and way of life incisively and vividly. Add the embellishment of wood color to the extreme simple white, knead the warmth and temperature of wood into the pure space, and enrich the level of space. The natural light and shadow flows in, the breath interacts with each other, awakens the body perception, and shortens the distance between man and space and the present. The existence of black balances the color levels of the space and makes the temperament of the space more quiet and elegant. Simple and neat lines, clean and pure surface, all reflect the space will be simple in the extreme, well-organized state of life so that people who stop can feel.
