According to reports, the "opinions on implementation" is divided into three parts:

First, it emphasizes the guiding ideology and basic principles and anchors the main objectives.

Second, fifteen key tasks have been deployed around the six aspects of "technology system, industrial foundation, supporting capacity, integrated application, city of innovation, and security".

The third is to formulate safeguard measures to form a joint force in the following five aspects: strengthening the overall planning and linkage, strengthening the promotion of experience, optimizing the development environment, strengthening supervision and guidance, and cultivating a contingent of talents.

Officials pointed out that the Internet represented by IPv6 is an important infrastructure related to national economic and social development, while the industrial Internet represented by "IPv6+" is the key to speeding up the construction of a network power, accelerating the process of national informatization, promoting economic and social development, and winning new advantages in international competition in the future.

The issuance of the "implementation opinions" is aimed at promoting the innovation and upgrading of "IPv6+" technology and industry in Shaanxi Province, which is of great significance to strengthen, expand and optimize the digital economy of Shaanxi Province, and speed up the construction of "strong network province" and "digital Shaanxi".
