CTOnews.com, October 30, BYD Electronics announced that turnover in the first nine months of this year was 92.14 billion yuan, an increase of 29.5 percent over the same period last year. Net profit in the first nine months was 3.04 billion yuan, compared with 1.237 billion yuan in the same period last year, an increase of 146.1 percent over the same period last year.

In addition, BYD earned 1.35 yuan per share, up from 0.55 yuan last year.

According to BYD's electronic announcement, the profit attributable to shareholders in the first three quarters of 2023 was 2.836 billion to 3.116 billion, up 129.29% from a year earlier to 151.93%.

BYD Electronic Hong Kong shares closed today at HK $36.30 per share, with a market capitalization of HK $81.791 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 76.72 billion yuan).
