According to industry insiders, the Google Tensor G4 chip will be produced by Samsung's third-generation 4nm process SF4P, which is the same as the Exynos 2400 process (CTOnews.com Note: the G3 is based on the SF4 process) and will be used in the Pixel 9 series of phones to be released next year.

Tensor G4 has an upgrade in CPU compared to Tensor G3, with internally developed projects codenamed "Zuma Pro" and G3 "Zuma".

In addition, @ Conner has previously said that Google's next-generation Tensor G4 is only a "small update", while the Tensor G5 chip is preparing for a "major upgrade."

Conner claims that Google will design the CPU and GPU of the Tensor G5 chip, which will be produced by TSMC and used in Pixel 10 phones.
