According to game blogger Tyler McVicker, "Neon Prime" is a third-person MOBA competitive game, and the main game designer of the project is IceFrog. There is a subtle "indirect" relationship between world outlook and "DOTA", "half-life" and "Legion fortress". On the gameplay level, it is roughly a mixture of "DOTA2", "Legion Fortress 2", "Watchman Vanguard" and "plants vs. Zombies" experience.

In addition, Tyler McVicker says the game will have PvP and PvE modes, and each character will have a different class. The picture will be presented in cartoon style, so it will be more reminiscent of "Legion Fortress" than the more realistic "CS:GO".

Tyler McVicker also revealed that the main body of "Neon Prime" has been largely developed and is currently under closed testing. The game will be released in 2024, but more information will be announced as early as this year.
