Bing chat provides answers by displaying some responses line by line before the answers are fully generated, while Google Bard displays all responses at once after the answers are fully generated, but Google Bard now offers responses similar to Bing chat.

Google now provides Bard with a "real-time response" option to make responses feel faster. When this option is turned on, the answer will be displayed in real time while it is in progress, and the text will appear line by line. If you don't want Bard to answer your questions in real time, you can still switch between "Real time reply" and "reply when done" options from the gear icon in the upper right corner.

If you don't like the reply being generated, you can also interrupt the reply from the Bard robot. When Bard starts generating a reply, you will see a "skip reply" button appear at the top of the input box. Press it and Bard will stop generating responses, allowing you to enter another question or regenerate the reply without waiting for the entire answer to be displayed.

Google Bard also allows users to change the style of the reply to make it more "casual" or "professional" and to check any answer against the information in the search by clicking on the Google logo in the menu bar at the bottom.
