CTOnews.com, October 28, according to Hunan Daily, the completion and commissioning ceremony of China Telecom Zhongnan Intelligent Computing Center will be held in Tianxin District, Changsha City. More than 300 enterprises such as cloud computing, intelligent network connection, 5G applications and artificial intelligence will be introduced within three years, reaching 1000 in the future. After all is completed and put into production, it will promote the development of nearly 50 billion yuan of related industries.

CTOnews.com noted that China Telecom Zhongnan Intelligent Computing Center is located in Tianxin Economic Development District of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Ecological Green Heart, with a total investment of 12 billion yuan and a planned area of 300mu. The overall plan of the project is 33,000 racks, 450000 servers and 5000p Flops intelligent computing power. The formal commissioning of the project will further enhance Hunan's national influence and core competitiveness in the fields of cloud computing, large model, smart computing and cloud network security.

It is worth mentioning that on September 1, Changsha opened the construction of a global R & D center city. Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group, attended and signed a contract with Changsha City. 360 Group left the national R & D headquarters (Changsha) project in the "Tianxin Valley" of the park.

The total investment of the project is about 5.365 billion yuan. According to the overall plan, the project is divided into two phases, and the project is planned to build a national R & D headquarters, 3 centers (national global APT early warning center, national car network security center, national Xinchuang security center) and 4 major plates (security, Xingye Huimin, good governance and efficiency improvement, industrial development). After it is put into production, it is expected that the annual tax revenue will reach more than 50 million yuan and more than 3000 people will be employed.
