Background confession:

Using a Xerox printer DocuCentre C2265, in the process of setting up scanning and sending messages, it was found that the messages could not be sent.

Process:

After creating a new SMTP server (SMTP relay needs to be set)

In the printer SMTP- connection confirmation, send a test message.

1. The mail sent to QQ, 163can be collected normally (shown in spam)

2. The mail sent to Outlook shows that it was sent successfully, but the mailbox could not be received. Check spam, check quarantine in the Outlook background, and email tracking. There is no email record.

3. On the SMTP server, find a file in the Queue folder in mailroot, open it for analysis, and see the following error:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [58.247.X.X] blocked using FBLW15; To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com [BJBFFO30FD002.protectioncn.gbl]

Where [] is the current Wan IP, Microsoft treats the current SMTP service as a spam server.

Solution:

Open the Office 365Anti-Spam IP to remove the https://sender.office.com/, delete the current IP from the Microsoft background, and after submission, you can communicate normally after 30 minutes.
