CTOnews.com, October 27 (Xinhua)-- after upgrading the iOS 17.2 Beta 1 update released today, Apple's iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models have added a "translation" option to the action button.

CTOnews.com reported in September this year that Apple wrote in an official note:

The new operation button replaces the single function switch that was originally used to toggle the ringtone / mute state, with additional options: users can choose to quickly turn on the camera or flashlight, activate auxiliary functions such as voice memo, focus mode, translation App and amplifier, or use quick commands to get more options.

Hold-and-hold gestures, subtle tactile feedback, and visual cues on Smart Island ensure that the new button starts the operation according to the user's intention.

According to the iOS 17.2 Beta 1 update log, after the user switches the action button to the translation function, a translation window pops up to monitor the voice content, which can be translated into another language according to the user's preset options.

You can change the language of your translation by selecting a different language in the translation application. The translation application supports Chinese, English, Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

The steps are as follows: open the Settings application, scroll down to the Action Button, and then slide until the Translation function is selected.
