On October 23, 2023, the Beijing Investment Promotion Conference of Shenzhen Longgang Digital Creative Industry Corridor ended successfully at the performance Center of Donglang Film Creative Industry Park in Beijing. Representatives from leading guests such as Yi Yukun, member of the standing Committee of Shenzhen Longgang District Committee and head of propaganda Department, Xiao Weiguang, General Manager of Huawei Yun Shenzhen Ecological Development and Operation Department, and Wu Shuangping, General Manager of Huawei (Longgang) Digital Creative Industry Innovation Center, jointly witnessed the deep cooperation in digital creative industries between Beijing and Shenzhen, moving towards opening up and integration.

At the investment promotion conference, a large number of certified digital marketing training bases, Weiroao culture in South China headquarters, Chuangsai punk headquarters, Zhongchuang Yingtu South China headquarters and other four projects officially signed and settled in Longgang. The landing of the project will further promote data-driven, platform support, brand marketing, live e-commerce characteristics of e-commerce industry upgrading, and help Shenzhen and even the entire South China enterprise digital transformation and industrial development.

The conference attracted nearly 200 enterprises to participate. Huawei (Longgang) Digital Creative Industry Innovation Center made a wonderful appearance as one of the eight key projects to exchange and share with many digital creative enterprises to explore the future of digital creative industries. As Huawei's first innovation center in the direction of digital creative industry, Huawei (Longgang) Digital Creative Industry Innovation Center officially signed a contract with Longgang District Government in September 2022. The project will rely on Huawei's advantages in brand, technology, ecological resources, as well as Huawei Cloud's strong computing power and security, through the construction of "capability center", "service center" and "ecological center". Use digital technology to promote the rapid transformation and upgrading of Longgang enterprises, at the same time attract more ecological chain partners to join, build a healthy and sustainable digital creative industry ecosystem, and accelerate the high-quality development of Longgang digital creative industry corridor.

The construction of Huawei (Longgang) Digital Creative Industry Innovation Center is an important part of the linkage investment promotion mechanism of "Government and Enterprise Park" in the cultural and creative investment promotion work of Longgang District. This mechanism is the innovation carried out by Longgang Cultural and Creative Investment Promotion headquarters to strengthen investment attraction and fully integrate the business development needs of industrial parks and leading enterprises. Among them, "government" refers to the introduction of investment promotion policies at the government level with the characteristics of "specialization (professional, dedicated), fine (fine, accurate), special (special benefit, unique sincerity), and new (innovation)", and set up investment promotion headquarters.
