Huawei releases intelligent VPP solution for the first time

Towards carbon neutrality, the proportion of renewable energy is increased, and the degree of electrification of various industries such as transportation is deepened. in order to balance the grid instability caused by randomness, volatility and intermittence between the generation side and the user side, the virtual power plant (VPP) integrates decentralized load regulation, which can enhance the security and stability of the power grid. VPP virtual power plant has high requirements for access to distributed resources in many aspects, such as total scale, response ability (speed, period, precision) and so on.

Based on unique intelligent algorithms and high-performance hardware, Huawei creates a "minimalist, intelligent, multi-service integration" intelligent VPP solution to meet the high requirements of VPP regulation, and a set of systems can achieve the long-term evolution of a variety of VPP services.
