▲ source Microsoft Nadella's performance this year is no longer linked to Microsoft XGP business growth, foreign media Axios believes that this is because Microsoft XGP user growth has failed to meet the expected target for two consecutive years.

The number of subscribers in fiscal year 2020 (as of June 30, 2020) increased by 85.75% year on year, higher than the expected target of 71%.

In fiscal year 2021 (as of June 30, 2021), the number of XGP subscribers increased by only 37.5% over the same period last year, falling short of the target of 47.8%.

In fiscal year 2022 (as of June 30, 2022), the number of XGP subscribers increased by only 28% year-on-year, falling short of the target of 72.88%.
