CTOnews.com October 25 news, Honeycomb energy world's first flying stack knife 325Ah energy storage battery today in Chengdu base offline.

According to introduction, compared with the mainstream 280Ah battery in the industry at present, the honeycomb energy 325Ah energy storage battery adopts short knife structure design, based on flying stack technology manufacturing, can realize 165Wh/ Kg energy density, and has 12000 cycle life, known as "acupuncture experiment without fire and smoke."

In terms of system integration, compared with the current mainstream 280Ah liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet products in the industry, the liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet equipped with 325Ah energy storage cells can increase the system energy density by 50%, reduce the number of cluster-level components by 55%, and reduce the cluster-level grouping cost by 28%.

At the off-line ceremony site, Honeycomb Energy signed energy storage project cooperation agreements with Sichuan Energy Investment Distributed Energy Co., Ltd., Sichuan Smart Green Energy Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Zhongxin New Energy Co., Ltd. at the ceremony site to jointly develop shared energy storage and industrial and commercial energy storage markets.

CTOnews.com inquired that Honeycomb Energy Chengdu Base was signed and established in 2021, with a total investment of about 22 billion yuan and a planned total production capacity of about 60GWh. It is the first short-knife flying stack production base of Honeycomb Energy in Southwest China.
