CTOnews.com, Oct. 25, Apple announced in the early hours of this morning that it will hold an online special event with the theme of "coming fast" at 8: 00 a.m. on October 31, Beijing time, when there may be a new product release.

Unlike in the past, the press conference will be held at 8: 00 a.m. on October 31, Beijing time. There has been a lot of speculation that Apple will release a new Mac computer, and a small egg on the company's website confirmed that the event will be related to Mac products.

On Apple's official event page, there is an animated version of Apple's Logo that turns into a ghostly Finder face, and Finder is the file manager in macOS. In the past, Apple has held events specifically for the release of new Mac computers in October and November, so it coincides with the timing.

In recent years, Apple's event posters have not made it clear what the company will discuss at the event. In most cases, the company chose to promote the event with stylized Apple Logo based on the wallpaper of the new device, with a few exceptions.

For example, there are stars on the poster of the September 2022 event, representing the satellite connection function of iPhone 14. The appearance of the Finder logo on the event page is almost certain that a new Mac will be launched next week.

While we don't know which Mac computers Apple will release next week, there are rumors that both the iMac and MacBook Pro will be upgraded, perhaps with a new M3 chip. CTOnews.com noted that Tianfeng Securities analyst Guo Mingyi tweeted earlier that the focus of the event was expected to be M3 series chips, which may include M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips.

In January, Apple released a 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro with a M2 chip. The "event" was not announced in advance, but took the form of a press release on Apple's website and a video posted (not live) on YouTube.

Interestingly, the event will be held online, meaning the media will not be able to see the new product with their own eyes after the event is over.
