CTOnews.com, October 22, Zhejiang Market Supervision and Management Bureau, together with 10 provincial departments in Zhejiang Province, compiled and issued the "main responsibility list of operators of online trading platforms" (CTOnews.com hereinafter referred to as "responsibility list"), with a more transparent system to stabilize the development expectations of platform enterprises and promote the healthy development of platform economy.

According to reports, the "responsibility list" classifies the common responsibilities of online trading platforms and the responsibility lists of six common types of platforms, providing platform enterprises with guidance for fully implementing legal responsibilities according to orders, and promoting the healthy development of platform economic norms.

The "responsibility list" is based on clarifying and implementing the responsibilities of the main body of the platform and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of all parties involved in the online trading platform, in accordance with 75 relevant laws and regulations, including the Civil Code and the Electronic Commerce Law. The general responsibility of the platform and six common types of platform responsibilities, such as live marketing platform, food trading and catering service platform, tourism service platform, cosmetics network trading platform, medical device network trading platform, and drug network trading platform, are classified and combed, covering the common responsibilities and specific specification requirements of platform enterprises.

In terms of the general responsibility of platform enterprises, the "responsibility list" focuses on seven aspects: platform subject business qualifications, user management, information publicity, platform management, anti-unfair competition, security, assistance and supervision, etc. sort out the general subject responsibilities and obligations involved in the operation of 141 platform enterprises in 28 links.

For other special types of platforms, starting from the development model, regulatory practice and governance needs of Zhejiang platform, the "responsibility list" combs out 130 special responsibility items around the 28 links involved in the network transaction behavior of the platform.
