By the end of this year, 80 per cent of cable TV users and 85 per cent of IPTV users across the country will be able to watch live TV channels as soon as they are turned on. SARFT is also pushing cable TV and IPTV operators to simplify the operation of TV channel playback business, and some intelligent set-top boxes with the necessary conditions can realize the function of fast wake-up on standby and shorten the startup time.
