01. Prepare to enter the text that needs to be made into the flowchart into Word, as shown in the following figure.

02. Make a flow chart We first sort the levels in the document. Select all positions except Chairman (i.e. everything below Level 1) and go to Start-Paragraph-Indent Increase. Then, we hold down the Ctrl key, select all the three levels in turn, and click "Increase Indent Amount" again.

We insert a flow chart in the blank space. Click Insert-SmarArt-Hierarchy-Organization Chart.

Copy all our previously sorted jobs, click the button on the left side of the flowchart, use the shortcut key "Ctrl + A" to select all in the pop-up "Type Text Here", and then "Ctrl + V" directly paste in. OK, that's it, the flow chart is done.

If you don't like this style, you can select the flowchart, then go to "Design"-"Change Layout", and choose one you like here. Isn't it very simple?
