The test results show that Huawei has made significant performance breakthroughs in a number of 5G-A uplink and downlink UWB technologies, and for the first time applied end-to-end cross-layer collaboration technology to 5G-A broadband real-time interaction, achieving key progress in capacity and delay.

According to reports, in terms of Sub-6GHz and millimeter wave band carrier aggregation, Huawei achieves ultra-large bandwidth verification of 5CC carrier aggregation through low-frequency FR1 1CC and high-frequency FR2 4CC aggregation, with cell downlink capacity as high as more than 27.5Gpbs, single user downlink peak rate above 13.4Gbps, and single user uplink peak rate above 4.6Gbps.

In terms of downlink multicarrier scheduling, Huawei has completed the testing of key technologies such as SingleDCI and SSB-Less, and realized multi-cell integrated scheduling through channel state sharing among discrete frequency bands, maximizing spectrum efficiency, which is more than 23% higher than the traditional scheme in the industry.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Huawei took the lead in completing all 5G-A functional test cases on September 11, under the organization of the IMT-2020 (5G) promotion group. Huawei said that the test covered the key technologies of uplink and uplink UWB and broadband real-time interactive 5G-A, which fully demonstrated Huawei's leadership in 5G-A technology.
