P31 SSD is PCIe 3.0. the Hynix 128layer NAND,2TB model is equipped with 2GB independent cache, sequential read speed 3500 MB/s, sequential write speed 3200 MB/s, random read speed 570K IOPS, random write speed 600K IOPS, total write volume up to 1200 TBW.
