CTOnews.com, Oct. 21, Microsoft recently updated its support documentation, announcing that it has fixed the problem that Outlook starts slowly and sometimes even freezes completely in Microsoft 365.

Microsoft acknowledged the problem in June and has invited Beta users to test it, according to an official announcement, and plans to push patches to Microsoft 365 users of Current in November.

CTOnews.com reported in June this year that Microsoft said the BUG was caused by synchronizing the entire offline data file (.ost) during startup, and Outlook may have these problems in scenarios such as flight mode.

There are currently two temporary solutions:

The first solution: 1. Open the registry

Turn it off and then reopen it immediately.

Click OK.

Outlook may warn that it needs to be restarted. Users can restart it according to their needs.

Click "X" to close the Exchange account Settings dialog box.

Click close.
