From October 16 to 17,2023, the finals of the 6th "Blooming Cup"5G Application Solicitation Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Competition") were successfully held in Shanghai. The finals were hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and co-organized by China Academy of Information and Communication in conjunction with Shanghai City Economic and Information Commission, Shanghai City Communications Administration Bureau, Shanghai City Pudong New District People's Government, 5G Application Industry Square Array, IMT-2020 (5G) Promotion Group, China Communications Standardization Association and China Branch of BRICS Future Network Research Institute. There are 18 special competitions, 16 regional competitions, 1 benchmark competition and 1 international special invitational competition, and more than 45000 entries have been received. After the selection of regional competitions and special competitions and the selection of national competitions, 60 projects were finally shortlisted in the national finals, 60 projects won the third prize and 180 projects won the excellent prize. The entries in the finals of the National Competition were fiercely contested in the form of road show and defense, and 20 first prizes and 40 second prizes were finally selected.
