As we all know, one of the most hated things about Windows 11 is the cancellation of support for local accounts. If you connect to the Internet, Microsoft will be forced to log in to the Microsoft account. Later, some users gradually found that there are many ways to get around the restrictions, such as disconnecting the network during startup, or using the oobe\ bypassnro command, or using some special mailbox accounts to create Bug with login failures.

As these methods spread, Microsoft began to block and fix them, and the new feature could greatly increase the Internet connection rate during OOBE, especially for novice users who just bought a new computer and didn't know they could log in using a local account.
