CTOnews.com, October 19, Syncom has launched two RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 Ti graphics cards equipped with owl fans (cat fans), which claim to provide excellent cooling capacity under quiet operation. CTOnews.com learned after inquiry that the official price and launch time of the graphics cards have not been disclosed.
