CTOnews.com, October 19, according to the Microsoft 365Roadmap page, Microsoft plans to introduce a new feature called Message Reminders for Outlook in January next year to further enrich the user experience.

CTOnews.com attached the official description of Message Reminders as follows: "when Outlook detects that a user has forgotten to reply or follows an email, it takes a top action on the email and marks it as requiring user action. It is worth noting that only one email can be placed at the top of the user's inbox at a time."

This feature of Outlook focuses on improving the user's email management experience, ensuring that users can manipulate emails and preventing them from inadvertently forgetting or ignoring important emails.

Microsoft said it would start testing in January 2024 and deploy in the same month if the test goes well.
