CTOnews.com, October 19 (Xinhua)-- Apple's USB-C Pro cable has been complained by users for its high prices (486 yuan for a 1-meter long cable, 949 yuan for a 1.8m long cable and 1169 yuan for a 3-meter long cable).

The difference between this cable and other USB-C cables was dismantled by media last year, and now the Lumafield team uses multi-section computed tomography (CT) images to take a look at the USB-C Pro cable from another perspective.

The Pro connector of USB-C 4 (Leili 4) has a hard plastic shell and a metal shield under it, which is completely bonded to the shell of the connector and is made of stainless steel.

The cable part is an one-piece stress relief device crimped from eight different directions, which can shield the entire bottom of the assembly.

Another concern hidden in the circuit board is the wobble of one of the tracks. It contains a small detour to ensure that it is the same length as the paired wiring, which is especially important when dealing with ultra-high-speed data transmission.

The cable corresponds to independent charging and data transmission functions, including three different types of wires, and the coaxial shielded conductor in the cable is a high-speed data line.
