As shown in the figure above, the AMD Threadripper 7000 non-PRO model will be packaged in gray and orange, while the PRO model will be packaged in gray and silver.

In terms of specifications, this series of processors uses Zen4 architecture, will use up to 12 CCD, up to 96 cores, and power consumption of 350W.

On the motherboard, it is reported that AMD will launch a WRX90 platform for workstations and a TRX50 platform for high-performance desktops.

According to IT House, the flagship model of the processor, Threadripper PRO 7995WX, has previously appeared on Geekbench, confirming 96-core 192 threads with a frequency of up to 5.14 GHz.

It was previously revealed that the Threadripper PRO 7000 series processors support 8-channel memory, have 128 PCIe 5.0channels, and do not support overclocking. Threadripper 7000 supports 4 channels of memory, 64 channels of PCIe 5.0, and supports overclocking.
