CTOnews.com October 18 news, Polish studio CD Projekt RED recently issued a reminder,"Witcher: Enhanced Edition" and "Witcher 2: King Assassin" two games will soon add support for Apple M1 / M2 two Apple Silicon chips.

CTOnews.com Note: CD Projekt RED indicates support for Apple Silicon processors, requires a JIT-compatible memory manager, and requires the deployment of the Apple Game Controller Toolkit, so at least macOS 11.0 and higher are required.

The change will take effect in mid-November, allowing players to be ready for the next month. For players who are still running macOS 11.0 and earlier, pause the game update and turn off automatic updates on Steam and GOG.

CD Projekt RED also warns that if you reinstall a deleted game, only the latest version will be available on all platforms, but GOG has the option to revert to the previous version.
