As for the client-side SSD, as the original factory and module factory are actively increasing prices, the price will not fall in the short term. On the other hand, there are fewer mainstream production cuts and high-end Client SSD suppliers, giving the original manufacturers better bargaining power, so high-end products are expected to rise as well. It is estimated that the contract price of PC Client SSD will rise by 813% in the fourth quarter compared with the previous quarter.

In terms of corporate SSD, the inventory of Chinese CSP operators has fallen to a reasonable level, coupled with the increase in demand for second-tier e-commerce in the peak season, the overall procurement demand for Enterprise SSD is expected to increase in the fourth quarter. With NAND wafer prices rising first since August, Enterprise SSD contract prices are expected to rise by about 510% month-on-month in the fourth quarter, as suppliers' bargaining attitudes have hardened.

For eMMC, the second half of the year mainly depends on TV shipments and some smartphone demand support, but in fact the purchasing momentum is not active. As the production reduction of the original factory also spread to the mainstream process of producing eMMC, the volume of goods gradually decreased, and even the proposed purchase volume of customers may only be partially supplied, so it is estimated that the contract price of eMMC in the fourth quarter will increase by about 1015%.

As for UFS, thanks to the release of new phones, the seasonal pull effect, and the market share of some brands, the smartphone OEM tends to raise its parts inventory to a safe level in the fourth quarter, leading to an increase in purchasing momentum. It is estimated that the contract price of UFS in the fourth quarter will increase by 10.15% from the previous quarter.
