CTOnews.com, Oct. 17, according to the Nikkei News, the material cost of Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max is $558 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 4079 yuan), with spare parts accounting for 47%, which is 12% higher than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The disassembly report, by Fomalhaut Techno Solutions of Japan, believes that the screen cost of the iPhone 15 Pro Max is 10% higher than that of the previous generation, and that the cost of the titanium frame is 43% higher. The cost of the A17 Pro chip is 27% higher than that of the A16 Bionic; the price of the telephoto camera and its four-prism system is also 3.8 times higher than that of its predecessor.

Other models in the iPhone 15 series are equally expensive, with the iPhone 15 Pro costing $523 to produce, up 8 per cent from the same period last year. The price of the iPhone 15 Plus is $442.It is about 10% higher than the iPhone 14 Plus. The iPhone 15 is considered to have the biggest cost change, with a bill of materials of $423 and about 16% more expensive than the iPhone 14.
