With the release of financing news, Baichuan Intelligence also announced the launch of the 2024 campus recruitment and launched the "Star Project." This enrollment will be open to students at home and abroad, as well as covering many universities in many cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. At present, Baichuan Intelligence is the largest model start-up in the 2024 campus recruitment.

According to reports, "Xingyao Project" is a special campus recruitment plan of Baichuan Intelligence for the global elite scientific and technological talents. The position covers many key technologies of artificial intelligence, such as natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, infrastructure and so on. It aims to find elites who have technical ideals and love the AI field. Baichuan Intelligence was founded on April 10, 2023 by Wang Xiaochuan, CEO of former Sogou company. Its core team is made up of talents from well-known technology companies such as Sogou, Google, Tencent, Baidu, Huawei, Microsoft and Byte.
