According to the monthly analysis of the national passenger car market released by the Federation of passengers, BYD exported 28039 new energy passenger cars in September, second only to the 30566 vehicles of Tesla's Shanghai super factory.

According to previous reports, BYD exported 7736 new energy passenger cars in September last year, up from 28039 in September this year, 3.6 times higher than in the same period last year.

The report released by the Federation of passengers and others also showed that BYD exported 18169 new energy passenger vehicles in July and 25023 in August. Including 28039 in September, the export volume reached 71231 in the third quarter.

In terms of the export volume of domestic new energy passenger cars, BYD was also second only to Tesla's Shanghai Super Factory in the third quarter, which exported 82893 electric vehicles in the third quarter.

In addition to BYD and Tesla, a number of manufacturers exported new energy passenger vehicles in September, including 12678 SAIC passenger cars. Geely exported 5026, Dongfeng exported 4028, smart motor 2146, Nezha 1473, Skyworth 1420, Great Wall 791, Xiaopeng 766, SAIC GM Wuling 597, GAC MOTOR 536, Guangzhou EIA 527.
