The official CD Projekt Red Punk 2077 Twitter account prepared a seemingly off-the-shelf impromptu inquiry about the official Nvidia GeForce account last night. In short, the communication on Twitter suggests that CDPR and Nvidia may work together to produce a limited edition of Cyberpunk 2077 GPU.

In an initial reply to CDPR asking about possible GeForce RTX Cyberpunk 2077 (possibly a script), Nvidia answered the "thought face" emoji. CDPR followed and asked, "Oh, please! don't tell us you never thought about it." Nvidia refutes smiley emoticons, mocking us for "continuing to follow." But last but not least, the blurred image below is attached to teasing.

The image above looks like NVIDIA's RTX20 series of reference graphics cards, floating in a neon fog in the style of cyberpunk.

As we all know, Nvidia and CDPR are working closely together to build cyber punk 2077. Last summer, it was announced that Nvidia had been selected as the "official technology partner to introduce real-time ray tracing into games". As a result, when the game arrives in September, it is expected to be available along with NVIDIA graphics technologies such as RTX On real-time ray tracing.

This is not the first time NVIDIA has partnered with a well-known game / movie franchisee to release a special version of the graphics card. As early as November 2017, a collection of Titan Xp Star Wars was published, one in the style of the Jedi and the other in the style of the Galactic Empire. If the height of the graphics card is between RTX 2070 and RTX 2080, it is called Nvidia GeForce RTX cyber punk 2077, which will be a particularly symmetrical product, but it will push the possibility far away.

Without further delay, cyber punk 2077 will be released on September 17 this year. It is not clear whether NVIDIA will provide Ampere GPU to consumers.
